THE 2022 ANNUAL MEETING HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO THE COVID PANDEMIC. WE HOPE THINGS CAN GET BACK TO NORMAL IN TIME FOR 2023. IN THE MEANTIME, STAY SAFE AND HEALTHY AND ENJOY THE WINTER!

Lake Placid Placid Center for the Arts 5pm to 7pm Here is your chance to hear directly from BETA staff & board members about the work accomplished in 2019 and our plans for 2020 and beyond. This year we are combining this event with the annual ski movie screening & fundraiser (7pm-9pm). The meeting will feature slide show presentation focused on BETA's trail program, followed by new board member elections and a member Q&A session. Per our bylaws, the annual meeting is OPEN TO BETA MEMBERS ONLY. If you are not a member or if your membership has lapsed, you can join/renew at the door on the day of the event or ONLINE RIGHT NOW. Please RSVP using the form below (you can request information about your membership status if you're unsure). Schedule 11am ~ 3pm - Ski tour options beginning at Cascade Ski Center (conditions permitting). Tour on the Jackrabbit Ski Trail, Cascade trails, or check out the community backcountry area at Scott's Cobble. 3pm-5pm Flex time to change clothes and check-in for the meeting, which starts promptly at 5pm. 5pm ~ 7pm Annual Meeting – presentations by BETA staff & board, Board elections, followed by Q&A and discussions with members.
